If you wish to lock out a user account on your Ventrilo server, perform the following:

* Login to Ventrilo as a Server Admin
* Right click anywhere in the white area. 
* Click Server Admin -> User Editor.
* Select the User you wish to lock out.
* Click the Network tab.
* Check "Account is locked." Enter a reason.
* Click Update.
