How long does it take for my server to be setup?

Generally, accounts are activated instantly -- which by our definition, means that as soon as payment is processed by our system (generally right after you pay, done automatically), the process to create your server is started. This process takes roughly 90 seconds. After it finishes, you are e-mailed your login details. You also can log in after order at any time to https://my.darkstarllc.com/. Once your server is activated, you will see a "Manage Ventrilo Servers" link show up on your left hand side of the panel. Clicking it will show you your full server address. By default, your server admin password is setup as the password you used during sign up for your DarkStar Account.

PayPal E-Checks Unfortunately, we cannot create your Ventrilo Server until all PayPal E-Checks have cleared. Just like a check -- it could bounce, and we could be out at least 7-10 days worth of bandwidth and licensing fees. As such, we are not willing to start service until that check is cleared. When signing up and paying via PayPal, ensure you are a verified PayPal member, otherwise if you pay with Bank Funds, your only option will be an e-check. Should you notice it saying E-Check when you are checking out on PayPal.com, please adjust your settings so this is not the case (paying via Credit Card will solve this problem).
